Parking

You are entitled to 30 minutes’ free parking in the Märzparkgarage underground car park when buying tickets at the Wiener Stadthalle box office.

Event rate

Park for only EUR 10,- with our event rate: parking is available in the Märzparkgarage and Stadthallengarage underground car parks for a flat rate fee of EUR 10,- from two hours before the start of an event until 2am the following day. Simply take your ticket when you enter the car park and pay the fee at the ticket machine, so you can leave right after the event as you have already paid.

The event rate applies in the Märzparkgarage for events in Halls D and F, and in the Stadthallengarage for events in Hall D.

Comprehensive short-term parking zone

On 1st March 2022, Vienna introduced comprehensive short-stay parking zones and the parking permit for district residents. This means that parking - without a valid parking permit for the zone - is only possible with a parking ticket from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 10 pm (on weekdays). In addition, residents' parking applies daily.

  • Maximum parking time with valid parking ticket: 2 hours
  • Monday to Friday (weekdays): from 9 am. to 10 pm.

Disabled parking

Marked disabled parking spaces are available at Sorbaitgasse 7 (2-10pm daily) and at Zinckgasse 29 (Mon-Sat [working days], 8am-6pm)

Underground parking

The Märzparkgarage and Stadthallengarage underground car parks close to Wiener Stadthalle have a total of over 1,400 parking spaces.

  • MÄRZPARKGARAGE

    750-space parking garage

    Owned by Vienna City Council, the Märzparkgarage has significantly improved the short-stay and event parking situation in the vicinity of Wiener Stadthalle, especially for major events.
    There is direct access from the car park to our box office, which is open at these times.

    Visitors can also reach the various the Wiener Stadthalle foyers from the car park approx. hour before the start of an event.

    The Stadthallengarage underground car park is open for events in Hall D.

    The Wiener Stadthalle foyer can be reached from the car park approx. one hour before the start of an event.
