Barrier-free access

We are dedicated to making a visit to Wiener Stadthalle as enjoyable as possible for people with impaired mobility. Besides wheelchair spaces with barrier-free access, we also offer special price reductions for many events. As the hall set-up and pricing differ from show to show, you should check the conditions for the event you are attending. Please note that tickets for wheelchair spaces are only available through Wiener Stadthalle sales channels.

Parking spaces & box office

Our halls

The location of the wheelchair spaces in Hall D varies from event to event. Toilets for disabled access are situated on the ground floor on the north and south sides of the hall, and on the south-west side at the rear of the floor-level seating. There are also disabled toilets on the south-west side of the upper tier.

Generous wheelchair spaces are provided in the front half of the auditorium in Hall F. Accompanying persons are seated directly in front of the wheelchair spaces in row 17. Lifts on either side ensure barrier-free access to these spaces. Disabled access toilets are located in the foyer.

Hall F and our ticket counters are also fitted with induction loops. These enable wearers of suitably equipped hearing aids to receive high-quality, interference-free audio signals.

Euro-key

All disabled toilets at Wiener Stadthalle are fitted with Euro lock cylinders and can be opened with your Euro key at any time during an event.
