Monday to Friday - if it´s a working day -  each from 10 am - 6 pm ​

• On event days with advance booking, our box offices are open for you - also on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays - from 1 hour before access until approx. 15 minutes after the start of the performance.

Attention!

A ticket reversal for COVID-19 affected events can only be done at the point of sale where the tickets were purchased. 

We would like to point out that only vouchers for tickets purchased at the Wiener Stadthalle box office will be issued at the Wiener Stadthalle box office.

Please note that the remaining balance can only be paid by bank transfer. Due to program technical reasons for the processing of the voucher redemption according to the Art, Culture and Sports Security Law, this is only possible in this way. 

There will be no cash payment at the box office of the Wiener Stadthalle.

Please note that the Wiener Stadthalle may only act in the name and on account of the respective organizer. Without the approval of the respective organizer, we are not allowed to transfer money back.
